Student outcomes are assessed continuously via both immersed and discrete assessment methods including:

Teachers maintain records of student attendance and performance in order to identify and assist with individual areas of concern. Additional support services are available to those students having difficulty achieving their educational goals in sufficient time. Students must achieve a satisfactory assessment from their teacher in order to progress to a higher level course. If this level is not achieved, the student remains in their former class until he or she receives a satisfactory assessment on a case-by-case basis. This policy ensures that each class comprises students at approximately the same level of ability, maximizing all students' speed and ease of learning.

Should you have any questions about our assessment policy, please ask our staff.

Certificates

Students receive a Certificate of Graduation at the end of their course stating their level of achievement and period of attendance. Positive written and oral commentary on students' individual strengths is also provided by teachers. Students undertaking logged, unpaid office work experience as a Student Assistant receive a separate certificate for this work.
