If you are interested in one of our courses, please complete an application form and clearly indicate the dates of your attendance.
Please submit your application as early as possible to avoid disappointment and at least 10 weeks prior to the course start date. A deposit of 10% (no less than $100AU) is required together with your application.
West Coast College will contact you shortly after your application has been received to arrange a pre-course task, which confirms your English language level before class placement. You will be notified of acceptance into a course within 1 week of your task being received and assessed.
The balance of course fees must be paid at least four weeks prior to the first day of studies or your place may be offered to another candidate.
Contact administration to extend your studies at any time. Any changes to enrolment details must be notified to West Coast College in writing.
West Coast College reserves the right to increase fees at any time, to change course dates at any time and to cancel a course if necessary.
Our refund policy follows the Western Australian Department of Education Services' Policy Guidelines for Registration of Providers of Education Services to International Students and meets the Australian government's Education Services for Overseas Student (ESOS) Act 2002 specifications.
For information on our cancellations and refund policy please refer to the Course Application form and Accommodation Application form.
If required, an independent conciliator appointed by the Department of Education, Science and Training is available to hear grievances involving the services, facilities and policies of the college, and will act to mediate a resolution.
