If you are interested in one of our courses, please complete a Course Application Form and clearly indicate the dates of your attendance.

Please submit your application as early as possible to avoid disappointment and at least 10 weeks prior to the course start date.

West Coast College will contact you shortly after your application has been received and provide an Enrolment Agreement, Letter of Offer detailing the costs of the course, and a pre-course task, which confirms your English language level before class placement. You will be notified of acceptance into a course once the task has been received, together with the Enrolment Agreement and your application deposit, which consists of:

The balance of course fees must be paid at least four weeks prior to the first day of studies or your place may be offered to another candidate.

Contact administration to extend your studies at any time. Any changes to enrolment details must be notified to West Coast College in writing. For details on deferring, suspending or cancelling your studies, please see below

West Coast College reserves the right to increase fees at any time, to change course dates at any time and to cancel a course if necessary.

Deferment, Suspension and Cancellation of Enrolment

All requests for deferment (changing the start date of study), suspension of the course during study or cancellation of enrolment must be done in writing to Administration. Requests for deferment and suspension should be made as early as possible, and for Student Visa holders, these will only be approved for compelling or companionate circumstances. These circumstances include delays in the issuing of a Student Visa, serious illness or injury, financial hardship, or problems with academic performance. For cancellation of enrolment, refund of course fees will be paid as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Refunds

Our refund policy follows the Western Australian Department of Education Services' Policy Guidelines for Registration of Providers of Education Services to International Students and meets the Australian government's Education Services for Overseas Student (ESOS) Act 2000 specifications.
